About the Collection
Colors en Brillo. a collection that embodies the savorfull identity of Havana with the sensuous personality of Miami.
The name of the collection, “Colors en Brillo,” was purposefully made in Spanglish to represent the cross-cultural elements of this collection. In English translating to “shinning colors,” and in Spanish translating to “colores brillando,” the designer, Ahymara, designed a collection that encapsulates her heritage as a Cuban woman living in Miami.
Not only has her design style been influenced by her childhood growing up in a colorful and culturally rich city such as Havana, but it has also been impacted by the bright and modern life that exists in Miami. In this Spring Summer collection, discover how you can immerse yourself within the beautiful entanglement that exists between Cuba and Miami.
